Nancy Roberts, Principal of NRCS, has over 20 years of hands on experience in the public policy field. She got her start as a staff member of Baltimore's Mayor William Donald Schaefer. She then served for seven years as Director of the Citizens Planning and Housing Association, Baltimore's oldest and largest public interest organization. She moved into the private sector as Executive Vice President of the M.P. Azola Real Estate Development Company. Since 1988 as principal of NRCS, Roberts has been working with clients in the public and private sectors devising and implementing strategies for effective involvement in the public arena. She has developed and implemented strategies for a wide range of projects at the local, state and federal levels. Roberts is a graduate, with honors, from Johns Hopkins University and holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has been profiled for professional accomplishments in Ladies Home Journal, Baltimore Magazine, Baltimore Business Journal, The Baltimore Sun, Warfields, and The Daily Record.
